second town hall meeting in 2024 held last July 31 and themed \u201cStrengthening Our Core\u201d, underscored how the Company\u2019s core values of Integrity, Excellence, Commitment, Innovation, and Teamwork drive its success and growth.<\/p><p>Juan Miguel Delgado, NStar Chief Operating Officer emphasized the pivotal role of leadership in the company\u2019s journey. \u201cLeadership is all about consistently being better at what we do,\u201d he said. \u201cTo be the best, we should aim to lead not necessarily in terms of size, revenues, or coverage, but in terms of excellence, integrity, and innovation.\u00a0 By doing this, we will be able to strengthen the core of our organization and our
