Northern Star Energy Corporation<\/span> <\/span><\/b>officially launched its <\/span>2026 Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Programs<\/span><\/b> on April 17, 2026, marking another milestone in its ongoing mission to maintain the highest standards in workplace safety, health, and well-being across all operations.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Chief Operating Officer, Juan Miguel T. Delgado delivered the opening remarks at the event themed \u201cMoving Life Forward by Championing Safety<\/span>\u200b<\/span>\u201d.  He emphasized that \u201c<\/span>Growth should never come at the expense of safety. In fact, the stronger we become, the stronger our safety culture must be.\u201d<\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p>\n

The OSH Program intends to create a zero-harm culture where every individual values safety as a personal and shared commitment. It also aims to build a proactive safety culture where every employee takes responsibility for protecting themselves, their co-workers, and others.<\/span>\u200b<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMoving life forward is not only about fueling industries or enabling progress. It is about protecting the lives behind every operation<\/span><\/i>,\u201d Delgado added. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The program also signaled the rollout of the Care for Life (CFL) Principles, referenced from the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) Life-Saving Rules. This was followed by the Employee Commitment Signing, underscoring every employee\u2019s commitment to actively uphold and champion safe work practices across all operations.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

As the Northern Star Group continues to grow, its commitment to safety, health, and well-being remains firmly at the core of every step forward.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n
