At the Shell Tumauini Lingaling service station in Isabela, a routine task turned into a moment that powerfully reflects the values upheld by Northern Star Energy Corporation.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

While cleaning the station\u2019s comfort room last May 2, 2026, Forecourt Service Champion (FSC) Marinella Batino discovered a black wallet containing \u20b110,100 along with the owner\u2019s identification. Recognizing the importance of acting quickly and responsibly, her colleague FSC Jeric Dupo took the initiative to locate the owner. Using the ID as a starting point, he searched on Facebook, successfully made contact, and arranged for the wallet\u2019s safe return.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

What could have easily been overlooked became an opportunity to demonstrate honesty, accountability, and care. Their actions went beyond duty \u2014 they showed <\/span>integrity and commitment that reflected Northern Star\u2019s core values.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The incident drew commendation from leadership and across the entire workforce. <\/span>More than just returning lost property, Marinella and Jeric reinforced a culture of trust and professionalism that defines the Northern Star team.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

In an everyday setting, through a simple but meaningful act, they reminded everyone that doing the right thing still matters \u2014 and always makes a difference.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n
