Believing that strong teams are built through shared experiences, Northern Star Energy Corporation<\/strong> gathered its employees for NStar & Chill <\/strong>on July 10 at Shercon Resort and Ecology Park in Batangas.<\/span><\/p>\n

The morning featured a series of indoor games that highlighted teamwork\u2014one of the principles at the heart of NStar’s IExCITe<\/strong> core values.<\/span><\/p>\n

The top-performing teams were recognized for their outstanding collaboration:<\/span><\/p>\n

Champion:<\/span><\/strong> White Team<\/span><\/p>\n

1st Runner-Up:<\/span><\/strong> Red Team<\/span><\/p>\n

2nd Runner-Up:<\/span><\/strong> Green Team<\/span><\/p>\n

3rd Runner-Up:<\/span><\/strong> Blue Team<\/span><\/p>\n

The afternoon was reserved for recreation, allowing employees to unwind and build stronger connections outside the workplace.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the day came to a close, the 2026 team building reflected Northern Star\u2019s commitment to employee engagement by creating opportunities to connect beyond their day-to-day responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n
