What value did you learn growing up that you still live by today?<\/p>\n

This was the first question posed by Customer Experience Manager Jose Mikhael Ortega during “The Value of Values”, Northern Star’s training program on the principles that shape how we work and work together.<\/p>\n

Launched in April 2026 and conducted across six batches through August, the program brought together employees from different departments and subsidiaries. Participants identified values that best represent their teams and explored how these can be reflected in their everyday roles.<\/p>\n

The conversation moved from “What shaped me?” to “What do we want to be known for as a team?”<\/p>\n

The answers were different for every team, reflecting the people and work that make each one unique. Together, these values also show how our teams bring Northern Star’s own core value, IExCITe<\/strong>: I<\/strong>ntegrity, Ex<\/strong>cellence, C<\/strong>ommitment, I<\/strong>nnovation, and Te<\/strong>amwork, to life in their own ways.<\/p>\n

For Northern Star, the program was a reminder that its strength lies not only in the values it upholds as an organization, but also in the people who carry those values into their everyday work.<\/p>\n

To sum up their specific shared work values, each team came up with their departmental slogan:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n
