Delgado, COO of Northern Star Energy Corporation and SCSC; and Romy Regaspi, CFO of Northern Star Energy Corporation and SCSC.<\/p>\n<p>The event was also attended by the Municipality of Sta. Cruz Mayor Engr. Jaime G. Lao, Jr. and executives from the local and national government.<\/p>\n<p>The Darong Import Facility, with a rated capacity of 67 million liters of petroleum products, is targeted to be completed and fully operational by the third quarter of 2024.
