ONEHR: PUMAPAG-IBIG YEAR 6

Northern Star Energy Corporation marked Valentine’s Day 2026 on February 13 with Pumapag-Ibig Year 6 at the Makati Head Office. Organized under OneHR, NStar’s employee engagement program, Pumapag-Ibig brought employees together for an afternoon centered on appreciation and connection.

At the heart of the activity was an Appreciation Board, where employees left handwritten notes for their colleagues. Nearby, a corner allowed team members to pick short messages featuring motivational quotes and practical work reminders. The program also included fun games and sweet pica-pica, giving everyone a welcome pause from the day’s routine and a chance to engage with one another.

Moments like these reflect NStar’s commitment to a culture where employees pause, celebrate, and enjoy each other’s company and keep everyday moments at work meaningful and connected.

    Northern Star Marks 14 Years, Sets Direction at 2026 Town Hall

    Northern Star Energy Corporation marked its 14th anniversary on January 27, 2026, bringing together employees for a moment of reflection and alignment through its first town hall meeting of the year.

    Themed Scaling with Purpose, the celebration began with a holy mass, honoring the company’s journey from its early years to its position today as a growing player in the energy sector. The anniversary served as a fitting backdrop to the town hall, reinforcing both gratitude for past progress and focus on the road ahead.

    During the meeting, the leadership team shared updates on strategic direction, sales and operational performance, financial results, and key human resources initiatives aimed at strengthening internal systems and engagement.

    Chief Operating Officer Juan Miguel Delgado highlighted the importance of disciplined execution as Northern Star scales its operations, emphasizing growth guided by the company’s IExCITE values and its mission to deliver sustainable energy solutions that help move lives forward.

      Northern Star treated its top-performing Convenience Retail Partners to a 3-day incentive trip in Bangkok, Thailand last November 13 to 15, 2025. The activity served as a quick but meaningful way to acknowledge strong performance and consistent dedication across the network.

      Participants spent the trip visiting key cultural destinations, trying local food, and exploring Bangkok’s well-known shopping areas. The itinerary also gave everyone time to relax, connect, and enjoy the experience together.

      This incentive trip underscores Northern Star’s commitment to acknowledging partners who drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence, reinforcing the value of strong partnerships as the company continues moving life forward.

        NSTAR’S CANDY WONDERLAND 2024

          Northern Star’s Makati head office transformed into a whimsical Candyland for the annual Trick or Treat event, welcoming employees and their families for a fun-filled afternoon.

            The festivities began with a lively catwalk competition, where participants proudly showcased their creative costumes. Trick-or-treating followed, as attendees collected sweets from each department. The excitement continued with magic and puppet shows that captivated the kids, while a delightful array of snacks added to the celebration.

              This tradition brings the Northern Star family together, creating joyful memories for all—kids and kids at heart!

              NSTAR TEAM GOES IExCITe IN FIRST INDOOR TEAM BUILDING

              The Northern Star Team gathered for a day of fun and collaboration in its first indoor team building held at Vivere Hotel in Alabang, Muntinlupa on May 10-11, 2024.

                Northern Star’s COO Juan Miguel Delgado inaugurated the event, emphasizing the company’s core values— Integrity, Excellence, Commitment, Innovation, and Teamwork (IExCITe). This set the tone for the day’s activities and reminded the employees of the principles that drive Northern Star.

                  Dressed in vibrant colors representing their teams—red, yellow, green, and blue — the NStar staff engaged in a series of friendly, yet competitive activities. The games kicked off with a lively chant contest that showcased the Teams’ teamwork and wit. This was followed by more equally exciting challenges aimed at fostering camaraderie among Northern Star employees.

                  NORTHERN STAR RETAILERS TOP 2021 CALTEX BAYANIHAN RETAILER INCENTIVE PROGRAM AWARDS

                  Northern Star Retailers scooped 14 out of the Top 20 Branded Marketer Retailers spots in the 2021 Caltex Bayanihan Retailer Incentive program. BMR Gasoline Station in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur ranked Number 1 with multiple service stations under Northern Star partners GLEDCO and Bantay Star Petroleum Trading Corporation also in the Top 20.

                  The Bayanihan program was launched in 2020 to reward service stations for their exemplary performance in customer service, facilities management, and volume growth. This year’s awarding was held on April 26, 2022.
