The NStar Portal serves as a single hub for news, announcements, events, learning materials, and department-approved documents.

The Northern Star team came together for an Electric White Christmas party, sharing an evening filled with camaraderie, recognition, and glowing festive cheer on November 28, 2025, at The Penthouse 8747 in Makati.
The night began with opening remarks from NStar COO Juan Miguel Delgado, who expressed his gratitude for the team’s commitment, energy, and belief in the company’s purpose. He highlighted 2025 as a year of transformation and resilience, encouraging everyone to carry forward the same spirit into the new year.
The celebration continued with the Loyalty Awards, honoring employees for their dedication and contributions to NStar’s journey. Laughter and excitement filled the venue during mini-games and the Star of the Night Catwalk, while the Minor and Grand Raffles gave everyone a chance to celebrate with prizes. The beYOU program also recognized teams for their commitment to health, wellness, and collaboration.
The evening closed with a heartfelt reminder of the power of teamwork, showing how the NStar team, by supporting one another and working toward the same goal, can achieve more and celebrate their successes together.



Northern Star Energy Corporation wrapped up its successful “Magpa-Gas, Manood nang Wagas!” promo at Shell Naguilian and Shell Rosario. Designed to boost station awareness and fuel sales, the campaign gave 4-wheeled customers a chance to win a 55″ Samsung Smart TV.
Running from September 8 to October 31, the promo invited customers to fuel up and join the raffle, creating excitement and rewarding their loyalty. Winners received their prizes on December 3, 2025: Fitz Gerald Bambico of Naguilian, La Union and Michael John Cabuay of Rosario, La Union.
“Muntik ko na hindi sulatan yung raffle stub, pero nagdesisyon akong sumali—at yun pala, nanalo ako!” shared Bambico, celebrating his win.

Northern Star Energy Corporation, through its CSR program Sikap Tulong Sulong! (STS), recently handed over a Shell Fleet Card to its NGO partner, Physicians for Peace Philippines (PFPP), granting a one-year fuel subsidy for their service van. This support helps PFPP manage fuel costs while continuing their essential work of transporting doctors, medical supplies, and volunteers for community medical missions.
The turnover of the Fleet Card coincided with PFPP’s 27th anniversary celebration on December 3, 2025, at the Manila Hotel. Northern Star Facilities Solutions, together with Northern Star Energy Corporation, brought the holiday spirit to Malaya Integrated National High School in Pililla, Rizal through a lively Parol-Making Contest held on November 19, 2025 under the Sikap, Tulong, Sulong! (STS) program.
Volunteers from the Northern Star Group helped prepare materials, guided students during the contest, and joined in the fun, fostering creativity, teamwork, and friendly competitiveness among the 100 participating junior and senior high school students.
Three groups were recognized as winners, receiving cash prizes and certificates, while all students received holiday food packs for their families.
