Northern Star celebrated its collective success in 2023 during RISING TO THE CHALLENGE, DOING OUR SHARE, the first town hall meeting of the year, on January 26, 2024 at the Makati Head Office.
The leadership team provided a detailed overview of significant milestones, successes, and challenges of 2023 and outlined the exciting plans for the Northern Star group this year. The meeting also addressed concerns and suggestions raised by the employees during the pre-meeting survey.
Another highlight of the event was the rollout of the revised company Vision-Mission Statements that underscore the focus on sustainability and the Group’s stakeholders.
