The Northern Star Convenience Retail Team successfully conducted its 2025 Convenience Retail Engagement Meeting (CREM) across its three territories last May. Anchored on this year’s theme, Transform to Thrive, the event brought together its valued network of retailer-partners for a day of strategic alignment and recognition.
Each session featured updates on company performance, fuel retail trends, and key strategies for the year ahead. Dealers were also given the opportunity to share their insights, raise concerns, and connect with fellow partners.
Northern Star continues to grow its footprint across Luzon and beyond, focusing on initiatives that empower partners. More than a sales conference, CREM served as a platform to strengthen foundations and inspire innovation in fuel retail.
