The Northern Star Lubricants Team continues to turn promising opportunities into meaningful business wins, this time by securing Artico Cold Chain’s Urdaneta facility as its first customer in the cold chain segment.
What started as a prospect endorsement was jointly pursued by Indirect Account Manager Jona Coronel and the Lubricants Team, led by District Sales Manager Raymund Cabusas and Distributor Front Line Technical Support (DFLTS) Robert Capistrano. Through consistent customer engagement, site visits, and technical discussions, they successfully converted Artico Cold Chain’s Urdaneta facility from its existing lubricant supplier.
The milestone carries significance beyond a single facility. Formerly known as 3M Cold Storage, Artico Cold Chain is an Ayala-affiliated company with multiple facilities across Luzon. Securing the Urdaneta site establishes a strategic foothold for Northern Star and creates opportunities to expand the partnership across the customer’s wider network.
More than a strategic account win, this success further cements Northern Star’s position in the lubricant distribution business, driven by persistence, technical expertise, and strong customer engagement.
