Believing that strong teams are built through shared experiences, Northern Star Energy Corporation gathered its employees for NStar & Chill on July 10 at Shercon Resort and Ecology Park in Batangas.
The morning featured a series of indoor games that highlighted teamwork—one of the principles at the heart of NStar’s IExCITe core values.
The top-performing teams were recognized for their outstanding collaboration:
Champion: White Team
1st Runner-Up: Red Team
2nd Runner-Up: Green Team
3rd Runner-Up: Blue Team
The afternoon was reserved for recreation, allowing employees to unwind and build stronger connections outside the workplace.
