Northern Star Energy Corporation’s Sales and Operations teams participated in a Delivery For Own Account (DFOA) workshop with Shell on September 3, 2026, at Seda BGC.
The half-day workshop — part of efforts to improve ways of working and strengthen process alignment — covered key areas of DFOA, including its definition, end-to-end process, Big Rules, roles and responsibilities, and scenario reviews. Representatives from NStar’s Commercial & Industrial, Purchasing, and Supply Chain departments along with Shell’s Account Manager, Commercial Fuels Direct and Indirect, Credits, and Marketing teams.
This initiative supports greater operational efficiency and stronger cross-functional execution of DFOA processes. It reflects NStar and Shell teams’ commitment to more consistent and streamlined operations moving forward.
