Northern Star’s second town hall meeting in 2024 held last July 31 and themed “Strengthening Our Core”, underscored how the Company’s core values of Integrity, Excellence, Commitment, Innovation, and Teamwork drive its success and growth.
Juan Miguel Delgado, NStar Chief Operating Officer emphasized the pivotal role of leadership in the company’s journey. “Leadership is all about consistently being better at what we do,” he said. “To be the best, we should aim to lead not necessarily in terms of size, revenues, or coverage, but in terms of excellence, integrity, and innovation. By doing this, we will be able to strengthen the core of our organization and our business.”
The meeting also focused on safety as a fundamental aspect of NStar’s leadership ethic. Delgado pointed out that, “An integral part of our leadership ethic is safety. We must be leaders in the implementation and adherence to world-class safety standards at work and in our personal lives.” This call to action serves as a reminder that safety is not just a protocol to follow but a core value that must be integrated into our everyday practices.
