Continuing its commitment to purposeful growth, The Northern Star Group enters a new chapter with a renewed focus on Strengthening Execution, the theme of its Mid-Year Town Hall held on July 28.

The event began with a Holy Mass, bringing employees together in prayer and thanksgiving. This was followed by presentations from the Leadership Team, which celebrated the Group’s achievements, acknowledged the challenges encountered during the first half of the year, and outlined strategic priorities and plans for the remainder of 2026.

“Let’s strengthen our execution. Let’s raise the bar, challenge ourselves to be better, and finish 2026 stronger than we started,” Chief Operating Officer Juan Miguel Delgado emphasized, encouraging employees to move forward with confidence, urgency, and purpose.

The Town Hall also featured presentations of the outputs from the Value of Values workshops, highlighting each department’s understanding of its role and the core values that shape its priorities and actions. Each unit likewise unveiled a unique slogan that captures its purpose and reflects how it intends to fulfill its mission.

As the Mid-Year Town Hall concluded, one message stood above all: Strengthening Execution is a shared commitment across The Northern Star Group—one that will drive stronger execution, greater consistency, and more meaningful results throughout the second half of 2026 and beyond.

Believing that strong teams are built through shared experiences, Northern Star Energy Corporation gathered its employees for NStar & Chill on July 10 at Shercon Resort and Ecology Park in Batangas.

The morning featured a series of indoor games that highlighted teamwork—one of the principles at the heart of NStar’s IExCITe core values.

Northern Star Energy Corporation honored NStar Dads with a well-deserved moment of appreciation for their hard work, commitment, and valuable contributions on June 23, 2026. 

To kick off this year’s Fathers’ Day celebration, NStar Dads were treated to a free massage and received special gift boxes. 

This was followed by an online event, where fun games brought employees together for a lighthearted afternoon of entertainment.

Northern Star Facilities Solutions Inc. (NSF) proudly joined the Batlag Creek Clean-Up Activity at Malaya Integrated National High School, Pililla, Rizal, on June 5, 2026.

In observance of World Environment Day 2026, Ingrid Power Holdings Inc. (IPHI) spearheaded the project, bringing together partner organizations, local government agencies, educators, and community volunteers in a shared mission to protect and preserve the environment.

NSF provides Facility and Operations Management Services to Shell Pilipinas for IPHI.  Participating in this activity reflects its continuing commitment to sustainable initiatives and community-driven programs.

Northern Star Energy Corporation reaffirmed its commitment to build an informed and prepared workforce with its 8-Hour Mandatory Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Training held on May 28, 2026.

The training was facilitated by HSSE Officer Kimberly Jane A. Guda, who provided both online and face-to-face participants with essential knowledge on workplace practices, hazard identification, and emergency preparedness.

Beyond compliance, the session reinforced a mindset of awareness and responsibility in the workplace. Employees were guided to apply practical learnings that support safer daily operations and improved workplace coordination.

Programs like this reflect NStar’s focus on a workforce that is not only knowledgeable but also proactive and engaged in fostering a safe and positive workplace culture.

Health remains a top priority for Northern Star Energy Corporation as reflected in the successful conduct of its Annual Flu Vaccination Drive held on May 28, 2026. 

The project provided employees with the opportunity to safeguard their health through accessible flu vaccination, helping build stronger protection against seasonal illness.

More than a yearly initiative, Northern Star continues to uphold its commitment to employee welfare—building a workplace where health is supported, valued, and thoughtfully woven into everyday work life.

The vaccination drive is also rolled out across the Northern Star Group and will continue over the coming months, expanding coverage to more employees.

Northern Star Energy Corporation honored the love and strength of mothers through a day of wellness, relaxation, and fun activities on May 06, 2026.  

NStar Mother’s Day began with a free massage for amazing NStar Moms, along with the distribution of self-care boxes as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication. 

An online celebration followed, featuring fun, exciting games that brought employees together for an afternoon of laughter and enjoyment. 

Certificates of Appreciation were also awarded to Forecourt Service Champions Marinella Batino and Jeric Dupo of Shell Tumauini Lingaling in recognition of their inspiring act of kindness and honesty in returning a lost item to its rightful owner. 

Events like this further reflect NStar’s gratitude for the mothers who sustain every life they touch, both at work and at home. 

At the Shell Tumauini Lingaling service station in Isabela, a routine task turned into a moment that powerfully reflects the values upheld by Northern Star Energy Corporation. 

While cleaning the station’s comfort room last May 2, 2026, Forecourt Service Champion (FSC) Marinella Batino discovered a black wallet containing ₱10,100 along with the owner’s identification. Recognizing the importance of acting quickly and responsibly, her colleague FSC Jeric Dupo took the initiative to locate the owner. Using the ID as a starting point, he searched on Facebook, successfully made contact, and arranged for the wallet’s safe return. 

What could have easily been overlooked became an opportunity to demonstrate honesty, accountability, and care. Their actions went beyond duty — they showed integrity and commitment that reflected Northern Star’s core values. 

The incident drew commendation from leadership and across the entire workforce. More than just returning lost property, Marinella and Jeric reinforced a culture of trust and professionalism that defines the Northern Star team. 

In an everyday setting, through a simple but meaningful act, they reminded everyone that doing the right thing still matters — and always makes a difference.

In a continued effort to strengthen workplace safety, the Northern Star Group successfully conducted an Occupational First Aid and Basic Life Support Training on April 22–23, 2026, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross – Rizal Chapter, Mandaluyong City Branch.

The session equipped participants with practical experience in first aid response and life-saving techniques through guided exercises and simulations, enabling them to respond effectively in real-life scenarios.

Experienced First Aid and Basic Life Support instructors reinforced the importance of preparedness, quick decision-making, and coordinated response during emergencies

Northern Star Energy Corporation officially launched its 2026 Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Programs on April 17, 2026, marking another milestone in its ongoing mission to maintain the highest standards in workplace safety, health, and well-being across all operations. 

Chief Operating Officer, Juan Miguel T. Delgado delivered the opening remarks at the event themed “Moving Life Forward by Championing Safety​”.  He emphasized that “Growth should never come at the expense of safety. In fact, the stronger we become, the stronger our safety culture must be.” 

The OSH Program intends to create a zero-harm culture where every individual values safety as a personal and shared commitment. It also aims to build a proactive safety culture where every employee takes responsibility for protecting themselves, their co-workers, and others.​ 

“Moving life forward is not only about fueling industries or enabling progress. It is about protecting the lives behind every operation,” Delgado added.  

The program also signaled the rollout of the Care for Life (CFL) Principles, referenced from the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) Life-Saving Rules. This was followed by the Employee Commitment Signing, underscoring every employee’s commitment to actively uphold and champion safe work practices across all operations.
